The rules are very simple

1. If you don't have the Tridentity App, donwload it and register your new account

2. If you already are a Tridentity user, download the TIFO the Game app

3. After the onboarding (select at least 3 of your favourite sports), scroll the home page of the game to enter the Tridentity Comic Con Quest, with a pool of almost S$3,000 worth of prizes by using your Tridentity Login, and select Password Login as a preferred method.

ATTENTION: If the Tridentity Login button is not visible, just use the email that you have associated with your Tridentity account and you are all set.

4. Top the leaderboard to win one of the special VIP packages available to the most passionate and knowledgeable fans

And don't worry, even if you are not in the top 3, there's still plenty of prizes to be won, including a special Lucky Draw that will be held on the 6th of December during Singapore Comic Con

Terms & Conditions – Tridentity Comic Con Quest

Version: 13 Nov 2025

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Tridentity Comic Con Quest ("Campaign") is open to all users who:

Have downloaded the Tridentity App (iOS or Android)
Have a registered and verified Tridentity account
Download the TIFO game for iOS and Android and validate their Tridentity account in their profile page. Only validated Tridentity TIFO players will be eligible to collect the prizes.

1.2 Prizes consist of tickets to an event in Singapore. All travel, accommodation, and related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

1.3 Each participant may enter the Campaign using one Tridentity account only. Duplicate, fake, or fraudulent accounts will result in disqualification.

1.4 Employees of Tridentity, partners involved in campaign operations may participate but are not eligible for prizes.

2. Campaign Mechanics

2.1 The Campaign runs from 17 November 2025 (00:00 SGT) to 30 November 2025 (23:59 SGT). There will be a 24 hour long period to check the results and make sure that all players are properly accounted for and rewarded. During the review period the Tridentity Comic Con Quest's Leaderboard will be displayed on the TIFO app, but the accumulation of points will not be possible any longer.

2.2 Participants must have a valid Tridenity account and verify that account via SSO login on the TIFO The Game. If the Tridentity login button is not displayed, players will have to register the email address used to sign up with Tridenity to be eligible to collect prizes.

2.3 During the Campaign period, participants will earn points by answering comic-themed quiz questions.

2.4 Points accumulated will determine the players' rankings on the Leaderboard.

2.5 Tridentity reserves the right to modify game mechanics or point rules without prior notice to correct any technical errors, prevent exploitation, or ensure fair play for all participants.

3. Prizes

3.1 Top 3 Winners (Leaderboard)

Each of the top 3 players will receive a prize pack worth over SGD 200, consisting of:

1 pair of Comic Con 1-Day Passes (worth $76)
1 pair of VIP Preview Night Tickets (worth $136)
Automatic entry into the Tridentity Live Lucky Draw on 6 December 2025

3.2 40 Lucky Draw Winners

Forty (40) randomly selected participants will receive:

1 × Comic Con 1-Day Pass (worth $38)
Automatic entry into the Tridentity Live Lucky Draw on 6 December 2025

3.3 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

3.4 Tridentity reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

4.1 Leaderboard Winners (Top 3) will be determined based on their total points at the end of the Campaign.

4.2 In the event of a tie in points for the Leaderboard, the winner will be determined by the participant who achieved the score in the shortest amount of time.

4.3 40 Lucky Draw Winners will be selected via an automated random draw on 1 December 2025.

4.4 Winners will be announced via:

Tridentity App notifications
Official Tridentity and TIFO social media pages
Email notification by Tridentity

4.5 Winners must ensure that their Tridentity contact details are accurate. Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in forfeiture.

4.6 In the event of prize forfeiture, Tridentity reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. Prize Collection & Redemption

5.1 All Comic Con tickets will be issued digitally via the email registered under the participant’s Tridentity account.

5.2 Unclaimed prizes after 6 December 2025 may be forfeited without compensation.

6. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

Exploiting bugs, cheating, or manipulating game mechanics
Using scripts, bots, or unauthorised tools
Misrepresenting identity or violating app terms of use

Tridentity reserves the right to remove any suspicious activity without prior notification.

7. Data Use & Privacy

7.1 By participating, users agree that their data (including Tridentity ID, gameplay activity, and contact information) may be used for:

Prize fulfilment
Leaderboard display
Campaign performance analysis
Future marketing and engagement purposes

7.2 All data will be handled according to Tridentity’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

8. Rights & Ownership

8.1 All content, game design, quiz questions, and branding elements within the Campaign are the intellectual property of TIFO and are licensed free of charge to Tridentity until 15th of December 2025

8.2 Participants grant Tridentity the right to feature their usernames, avatars, or leaderboard rankings for publicity purposes.

9. Liability

9.1 Tridentity is not responsible for:

Technical issues, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party systems
Failure by participants to provide accurate information
Loss of prizes due to incorrect or invalid contact details

9.2 Participation in the Campaign is at the user’s own risk.

10. General Terms

10.1 Tridentity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time for any reason.

10.2 All decisions made by Tridentity regarding the Campaign, winners, and eligibility are final and binding.
