1. Organizer

The WBC2026 Trivia Challenge (“Challenge”) is organized by TIFO (“Organizer”, “TIFO”, “we”, “us”).

2. Platform Disclaimer (Apple & Google)This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, the Apple App Store, or Google Play.By participating, you acknowledge that Apple and Google are released from any and all liability related to this Challenge.Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Challenge must be directed solely to TIFO, not Apple or Google.

3. EligibilityThe Challenge is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation

Download and use the TIFO mobile application

Provide explicit consent to receive emails and updates from TIFO

Follow TIFO’s official social media accounts on Twitter (X) and TikTok during the Challenge period

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer may participate unless prohibited by law.Void where prohibited by law.

Participants may be required to verify compliance with eligibility requirements at TIFO’s discretion.

4. How to Participate

To participate, users must:Download the TIFO mobile applicationAccess the WBC2026 Trivia Challenge within the app

Consent to receive emails and updates from TIFO

Follow TIFO on Twitter (X) and TikTok

Accumulate points by playing trivia during the Challenge period

No purchase is required to participate or win.

5. Challenge Period

The Challenge runs for the duration specified within the TIFO app.

TIFO reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Challenge at any time, subject to applicable laws.

6. Prizes

6.1 First PrizeOne (1) Nintendo Switch will be awarded to the top-scoring eligible participant at the end of the Challenge.

6.2 Random RewardsTwo hundred fifty (250) USD 10 Gift Cards will be awarded at random to participants who:

Reach at least 50,000 points during the Challenge periodMeet all eligibility requirements, including social media follow requirements

Odds of winning a random reward depend on the number of eligible participants who meet the criteria.

7. Prize ConditionsPrizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeableNo cash alternative is available unless required by law

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or feesTIFO reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary

8. Winner Notification & VerificationWinners will be contacted via the email address registered in the TIFO appWinners may be required to verify eligibility, including:

Proof of social media follows

Email ownership

Account activity and score integrity

Failure to respond or successfully complete verification within the timeframe specified by TIFO may result in forfeiture

9. Fair Play & Disqualification

Any attempt to cheat, manipulate results, exploit bugs, use bots, or otherwise violate the spirit of fair play will result in immediate disqualification

TIFO reserves the right to review, audit, and verify participation and scoringAll decisions by TIFO are final and binding

10. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

By participating, users consent to:

The collection and processing of personal data in accordance with TIFO’s Privacy Policy

Receiving marketing emails and updates from TIFOParticipants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails.

11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, TIFO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Challenge or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. AcceptanceParticipation in the Challenge constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

OFFICIAL TRANSLATIONSIn case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
