  • General Troubleshooting
    If you get any technical issues while playing (crashes, freezes, sound or visual glitches), we're here to help! Let's start by checking if your device meets the game's minimum system reqirements. If it does, try the following: 1. First off, completely restart your game. 2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. 3. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version. You can check the version on the app store where you downloaded it from. 4. Verify your device's time settings match your current location. 5. Re-install the game on your phone. NOTE: ONLY do that if your progress is saved via Facebook, Google Play, or Sign with Apple. This way, you can restore your progress after reinstalling. 6. Avoid active downloads/uploads during gameplay as they use up connection resources. 7. Close any other apps running in the background while playing the game. 8. Keep an eye on your device's storage and ensure there's no unnecessary junk data hogging up space. Too much storage usage may cause performance problems. 9. Make sure your device software is updated to the latest version. 10. Give your device a fresh restart. 11. For Android devices, try clearing the application cache: - Go to device settings > Applications - Select Angry Birds 2 in the application list - Find the Clear Cache button, tap it, and reopen the game If you still run into any tech issues, reach out to the Player support and provide the following info: - What is the problem you're experiencing (opening Tower of Fortune or Daily challenge, watching ads, etc.). - When did you first notice the problem (after updating the game, reinstalling it, etc.).
  • MInimum system requirements (Android)
    To ensure a smooth experience while playing Tifo, make sure that your Android device has at least the following system requirements: Minimum requirements OS: Android 5.1 or higher Architecture: arm64-v8a or armeabi-v7a RAM: 2GB OpenGL: OpenGL ES 2.0 or higher Storage: at least 470MB Recommended requirements OS: Android 13 or higher Architecture: arm64-v8a RAM: 4GB OpenGL: OpenGL ES 3.0 or higher Storage: 570MB
  • I want my account to be deleted
    Please be aware that choosing to delete your data will result in a permanent removal of all your game progress, and this action cannot be reversed. You can send us an email requesting for the account to be deleted. After you've requested a data deletion, a 2-week waiting period will commence. This is a technical step that can not be skipped, and you will not be able to enter game during this time. If you change your mind about the data deletion during this period, please send us a message at Player Support.
  • Is the game available for iOS?
    At the moment the game is only available for Android. iOS will be added later.
  • How do I update the game? (Android)
    In case you are having issues updating the app, please follow the steps below: 1. Open the Play Store app on your device. 2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner, and then My applications and games. 3. Find the game name in the list and tap it. 4. Tap Update when the game page opens. If you have problems with the update, please follow the instructions from this article. You can also adjust your device settings to automatically download updates for the apps you have installed: 1. Open the Play Store app. 2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner. 3. Go to the Settings section ⚙️ 4. Tap Auto-update apps. 5. Choose one of the following: - Auto-update apps at any time. Updates will be downloaded via both Wi-Fi and your mobile network. - Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only. Updates will only start downloading when your device has a Wi-Fi connection. 📌 For Huawei devices: 1. Open the App Gallery on your device. 2. Tap the ME icon in the lower right corner. 3. Choose Updates. 4. Find the game in the list and tap Update. 📌 For Samsung devices: 1. Open the Galaxy Store. 2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner (the three horizontal lines). 3. Tap Updates. Tap 🔄 next to the game. You can also change your device settings to automatically download updates for the apps you have installed: 1. Open the Galaxy Store. 2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner (the three horizontal lines). 3. Go to the Settings ⚙️ 4. Tap Auto update apps and select your desired setting.
  • How can I use the Cards?
    Cards are a way for you to improve you trivia experience. There are 4 types of cards in the game: Skip -> You can use this card to skip a question you feel you don't know. You can use it as many times as you want during a level. Freeze -> You can use this card to add 5 seconds to the 10 allowed to answer a question 2X -> This card will allow you to double your points for a specific questions. Read the question and if you are sure you know it, tap on the card. You can use it only once per level Fix -> This card is only available after you have taken and failed a level. It allows you to retake the level (questions won't be the same)
  • How are the points calculated?
    Every time you take on a level and pass it, you are rewarded with Points. Every 10 levels, you can earn rewards based on the points you have accumulated. Points are calculated based on the correct answers you give plus the amount of time you use to complete the level.
  • How does Battle Royale work?
    Battle Royale is the ultimate way to test your sport knowledge! The events are live every day every 4 hours. To participate to the event you need to pay 20 coins fee. You'll be placed in rooms with other 99 players until only 1 remains, and you'll be given rewards for each round you'll be able to take part to. You can use your cards as you do in Saga mode.
  • What are the requirements for passing a level?
    There are 3 types of levels and their difficulty and requirements are shown at the beginning of each one of them. In order for you to pass them you need to answer at least a certain amount of questions. Easy -> 3 out 5 Medium -> 5 out of 7 Hard -> 7 out of 10 The outcome of the level, will determine how much points you can make.
  • I can't make a purchase!
    If you have made purchases in our game or other games before, please check the following: Your network connection. It should be stable for you to be able to make any purchases in the game, so if you have any difficulties with your current one, just try another one Temporary app store issues. All purchases are managed by the app store the game is downloaded from, and they can sometimes be down for maintenace or experience other technical issues. Try waiting several minutes and restarting your device, then repeat the purchase. If you haven't made any in-app purchases before, check the following: You've entered correct payment information. Make sure you didn't make any mistakes while filling in your payment details. Your payment method is up to date and supported in our game. See if your method payment hasn't expired and that it is still valid. You can find the list of all supported payment methods in the corresponding sections of Google Customer Support websites. If none of the steps were helpful, please contact our Player support with a detailed description of your issue and we'll do our best to figure it out.
  • Something went wrong with my purchase (Android)
    When you purchase something in the game, it usually gets delivered right after. However, sometimes it may take a bit longer. You can restart your game to check if the purchase was delivered, but if it wasn't, that means it's currently being processed and may take up to 24 hours. Once this time is up, we can check what happened with the purchase and assist you with it. To do that, we will need a screenshot of your receipt where we can see the date of the transaction and its ID.
