GPSS Apex League – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the GPSS Apex League powered by OutDrive GP (the “Competition”). By registering, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals aged 13 years and above.Minors must have parental or guardian consent.Employees, contractors, and affiliates of OutDrive GP and its partners may participate but may not be eligible for prizes.

 

2. How to

EnterRegister with your name and email via the official GPSS Apex League landing page.Follow OutDrive GP on Twitch, TikTok & Instagram.

Download and play TIFO as instructed to unlock perks and additional entries.

Participate in the sim racing sessions at Clarke Quay during GPSS (29 Sept – 3 Oct).

 

3. Competition Format

Participants will attempt to set their fastest lap time on the Marina Bay Street Circuit via OutDrive GP simulators.The Top [X] participants with the fastest times will be invited to the Apex Grand Finale on 2 Oct 2025.OutDrive GP reserves the right to adjust format or rules if required.

 

4. Prizes

Prizes may include hotel stays, dining vouchers, Monster Energy merchandise, supplies, sim racing gear, VIP passes, and others announced during GPSS.Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.Winners will be contacted by email. If unclaimed within 7 days, OutDrive GP reserves the right to reallocate the prize.

 

5. Conduct

All participants must behave fairly and in good spirit.OutDrive GP reserves the right to disqualify participants for cheating, tampering, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

 

6. Liability & Indemnity

OutDrive GP is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Competition.Participants assume all risks associated with gameplay and attendance.

 

7. Data Protection

By signing up, you consent to OutDrive GP using your personal data (name, email) for the purpose of administering the Competition, contacting winners, and marketing future events.Data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
